Responsible Business Alliance

    Longwell promotes responsible business practices to improve social and environmental conditions across the global electronic supply chain by adopting Responsible Business Alliance (RBA), formerly Electronic Industry Code of Conduct (EICC).

    RBA outlines standards to ensure that working conditions in the electronics industry supply chain are safe, that workers are treated with respect and dignity, and that manufacturing processes are environmentally responsible.

    Considered as part of the electronics industry for purpose of this code are Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) firms, including contracted labor that may design, market, manufacture and/or provide goods and services that are used to produce electronic goods. The code may be voluntarily adopted by any business in the electronics sector and subsequently applied by that business to its supply chain and subcontractors.

Conflict Minerals Restriction
 

    Longwell is committed to responsible mineral sourcing. We conduct due diligence on the sources and supply chains of tantalum, tin, tungsten, gold and cobalt used in our products, in alignment with the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas and other recognized frameworks.

    We are expanding due diligence coverage to include additional minerals identified as originating from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas (CAHRAs). Our policy is grounded in the OECD Guidance, including Annex II and downstream-company supplements. Longwell also participates in industry initiatives to develop and implement supply chain verification processes.
